About Us

Our Mission is to Make Everyone’s Voice Not Only Heard, but Appreciated Too

Our Mission

At DIB School UK, we work diligently every day to embody our mission statement:

"To transform schools across the UK into inclusive learning environments that promote the strength of diversity while making every student feel a sense of belonging."

Our Vision

"To make meaningful change across the nation, helping staff and educators alike develop students."

In turn, we enable schools to provide a:

  • Foundation of respect, morals, and ethos

  • A curriculum that centers around cultural inclusion

  • Comfortable environment for meaningful    conversation to  flow

  • Culture of learning about diversity

  • Place where everyone feels that their voice matters

Our team at DIB School UK embodies the highest ideals of honor, attention to detail, and support. In turn, we help schools build better programs where educators and students alike take ownership of their role in inclusion, leading by example.

Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging is a Team Effort

Conversations surrounding Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DI&B) can be overwhelming for a single person to handle. Although we may share commonalities that lead to success in school, DI&B is truly a team effort

Even when diversity exists within a group, social exclusion can still be commonplace. By harnessing the power of inclusion (i.e. active invitations, attendance, and involvement), everyone can feel welcomed. In turn, feelings of belonging are soon to follow. This is regardless of race, gender, age, social class, and more

We Instil DI&B into Schools Nationwide

A healthy culture of DI&B is not only morally correct, but also helps students and teachers alike promote an interconnected web where everyone feels protected, valued, and empowered

That’s why our team at DIB School UK was founded. By using workshops, events, consulting, training, and design/ development, we help schools strengthen their ability to provide the framework for inclusion. In turn, school leaders, educators, and parents alike can expect:

  • Higher achievement for everyone

  • Increased respect and understanding of diversity

  • An environment where students can share their voices

  • Learning opportunities for students surrounding cultural diversity

  • Intercultural problem solving that includes shared input from ethnic minorities

Schools are responsible for mentorship, integration, and sharing the bigger picture. Broadening migration and emigration across Europe now means new challenges and opportunities for education systems.

Fortunately, our experienced DIB School UK team puts your school in a better position to become culturally inclusive. Are you ready to take the next step? Get in touch today!
